I was lucky enough to be raised in a family of educators and caregivers, and learned the value of care work early in life. I started babysitting on my own at 11 to save money for college, and after babysitting and nannying throughout my teens and early twenties, I started a corporate career. However with time, I realized that caregiving work was what fed my soul and also allowed me to build community, shape lives and have a positive impact on children and families. After doing this for more than five years, I wanted to expand my knowledge base so that I could do more to serve my community, and completed training as a birthworker and doula for labor and birth, abortion, and postpartum services. I am also fully trained in infant, child and adult CPR and first aid. I am eager to help you and your family on your parenthood journey and be an advocate for you in whatever ways are most needed.
